- Why not just buy directly from roasters?
- You absolutely can. BrewCrate is for people who don't want to research, compare, or risk buying full bags blindly. We curate coffees you're unlikely to discover on your own — across roasters, styles, and regions — so you can explore confidently without commitment.
- Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
- BrewCrate is a prepaid discovery plan, not a subscription. You pay once for 1, 3, or 6 months of curated coffee. There is no auto-renewal. After your plan ends, nothing happens unless you choose to start another plan.
- What's the difference between a Discovery Plan and a subscription?
- With a discovery plan, you pay once and you're done. No recurring charges. No anxiety about auto-renewal. You own your purchase completely. After your plan period ends, you'll get an email letting you know—but we won't charge you again.
- Is there auto-renewal?
- No. This is a prepaid plan. There is no auto-renewal. You will never be charged after your plan period ends unless you explicitly start a new plan.
- How does the plan work?
- Choose a 1, 3, or 6-month discovery plan. Pay once. Receive freshly roasted, curated coffee from India's top roasters delivered to your door each month for your chosen period. That's it.
- What happens after my plan ends?
- Nothing automatic happens. Your plan simply ends. We'll send you an email saying you can start a new plan if you'd like, but you're never obligated. No charges, no surprises.
- Can I pause my plan?
- Yes! You can pause your plan from your dashboard. When you resume, your remaining months pick up where you left off.
- What if I need to stop before my plan ends?
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. For refunds on unused months, please contact our support team—we'll work with you fairly.
- When will deliveries happen?
- We deliver one carefully curated box each month on the 5th. If you start mid-month, your first delivery will be in the following month's cycle.
- Where do you ship?
- We deliver PAN India with free shipping on every plan. No hidden delivery charges.
- How fresh is the coffee?
- Our partner roasters roast your beans fresh, just days before shipping. You'll taste the difference.
- What if I don't like a coffee?
- We strive to curate the best. If you're unhappy with any coffee, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
