How does the subscription work?
You choose a plan (Starter, Enthusiast, or Connoisseur), and we ship freshly roasted coffee to your door every month. You can pause or cancel anytime.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day each month, starting from the day you sign up.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all major cities in India. Shipping is free for all subscription plans.
How fresh is the coffee?
We partner with top roasters who roast the beans just days before shipping to ensure maximum freshness.
What if I don't like a coffee?
We strive to curate the best coffees. If you're unhappy with a selection, please contact our support team, and we'll make it right.
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription from your dashboard if you're going on vacation or just need a break.
