- You choose a plan (Starter, Enthusiast, or Connoisseur), and we ship freshly roasted coffee to your door every month. You can pause or cancel anytime.
- When will I be billed?
- You will be billed on the same day each month, starting from the day you sign up.
- Can I change my plan?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship to all major cities in India. Shipping is free for all subscription plans.
- How fresh is the coffee?
- We partner with top roasters who roast the beans just days before shipping to ensure maximum freshness.
- What if I don't like a coffee?
- We strive to curate the best coffees. If you're unhappy with a selection, please contact our support team, and we'll make it right.
- Can I pause my subscription?
- Absolutely! You can pause your subscription from your dashboard if you're going on vacation or just need a break.
