1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us before choosing a plan.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in the price of your discovery plan. There are no hidden delivery fees.
3. Processing Time
Crates are dispatched on the 5th of every month. Orders placed after the 1st of the month will receive their first crate in the following month's cycle, unless otherwise specified.
4. Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your crate has been dispatched.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
BrewCrate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BrewCrate will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
