Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At BrewCrate, we strive to provide the best coffee experience. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on coffee products. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brewcrate.in with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made before the billing date will prevent any future charges. If you cancel after billing but before shipment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable) or your claim is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
